Biblical “I am” affirmations

  • I am loved. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
  • I am made new. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! Truth: You are new in Christ, even today. 2 Corinthians 5:17
  • I am strong. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Ephesians 6:10
  • I am enough. Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. 2 Corinthians 3:5
  • I am able to do hard things. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13

  • I am sanctified. But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as first fruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:13

  • I am set free. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36
  • I am fearless. The Lord is my light and my salvation- whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life- of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1
  • I am bold. The wicked flee when no one is pursuing them, but the righteous are as bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1
  • I am seated in heavenly places. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:6
  • I am on God’s mind. “See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.” Isaiah 49:16.
  • I am the head and not the tail.
    The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. Deuteronomy 28:13
  • I am well.
    Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. Jeremiah 33:6

Putting it into practice:

Speaking these affirmations is the the first step to living in the abundance God has for you. The next step is equally important, believing it! When we truly believe what you say, our actions follow. The bible says that faith without works is dead. But thank God the Holy Spirit is with you and your help to walk out your faith. May your faith thrive. I pray that you prosper with every word.
