What is Shakeology?

Shakeology is a deliciously crafted nutrition supplement made with real food. It’s honestly my favorite shake because of the ingredients and taste. I’ve tried many shakes and protein powders, but this one transcends them all. It’s low in sugar and loaded with fruits, vegetables, and superfoods such as Acerola cherry, Ashwagandha and Camucamu, yet tastes heavenly! It’s both healthy and super palatable. They also come in many flavors!

The flavor I’m taking about today is Cookies & Cream. I’m a huge cookies and cream fan and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this. Did I mention it’s vegan? So much to love about it already! Featuring Cookies & Creamy Shakeology

Peanut Butter Cookie
1 cup unsweet almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, (Optional: 1 banana). Blend.

Raspberry Cookies and Creamy
1 cup unsweet almond milk or other, 1/2 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries. Blend.

Maple Buttercup Cookie
1 cup unsweet almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 2 teaspoons real maple syrup, 1 teaspoon crunchy almond butter (Optional: 1 Banana). Blend.

Mint Chocolate Cookie
1 cup unsweet almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/4 teaspoon mint extract. Blend.

Hidden Veggie Cookies and Creamy
1 cup unsweet almond milk or other, 1/2 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1/2 cup baby spinach. Add water to create your desired consistency. Blend.

Banana Split
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 packet scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. Blend and top with 1 tablespoon chopped nuts. Blend.

Mocha Cookie
1/2 cup cold brew coffee of your choice, 1/2 cup unsweet almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop, Cookies and Creamy Shakeology. Blend.

Coconut Cookie
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut. Blend.

Caramel Cookie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1 tsp almond butter, 1/2 teaspoon caramel extract. Blend.

Double Chocolate S’mores
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other, 1 cup ice, 1 packet scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon marshmallow extract. Blend and top with 1 square of crushed chocolate graham cracker.

Chocolate Cherry Cookie Blast
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other, 1/2 cup ice, 1 packet scoop Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 cup frozen cherries. Blend.

Fun recipes that aren’t shakes

Cookies & Creamy Nice Cream

Ingredients: 2 frozen and chopped bananas, 2 scoops Cookies & Creamy Shakeology, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, ½ tsp pure vanilla extract, ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or other, 1 tbsp + 1 tsp. cacao nibs

Instructions: Place bananas, Shakeology, maple syrup, extract, and almond milk in a food processor or high-powered blender; cover. Pulse for 2 to 3 minutes, or until very smooth, scraping down sides as needed.

Divide mixture evenly between fours mall bowls; garnish evenly with cacao nibs. Or, store in an airtight container in freezer for up to 4 days until ready to eat. If frozen, set out at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften before serving.

Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients: ¾ cup all-natural smooth almond butter, ½ cup dry rolled oats, 4 large pitted dates, 2 scoops Cookies & Creamy Shakeology, 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions: Place almond butter, oats, dates, Shakeology, maple syrup, and cacao nibs in food processor; pulse until crumbly dough forms.

Roll into 12 equal balls, approximately 2 Tbsp. each.

Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or frozen for up to 2 weeks.
